Butterflies in the Garden

You often see a butterfly and notice it for its beauty, but so quickly we forget the stages of transformation it went through. It's easy to go day by day and not look back on the things we've accomplished whether it's a week, month or year that goes by. If we never  recognize our accomplishments then how will we ever recognize growth and without growth we will never evolve. To evolve into our hopes and dreams one must recognize the beauty in the struggle and accept the challenges everyday. Next time you see a butterfly pause for a moment and reflect on your changes and accomplishments that have brought you joy in life.

4th & Brannan

San Francisco Flower Mart is the local hub for farmers and gardeners  that use this platform to sell their beautiful crops. For the holidays or a special event stop by 4th and Brannan to pick up some fresh stems to complete the occasion.

Charmed Life

At any moment you can be inspired and it's important  keep these images. I keep a design journal of all the images and inspirational objects I've crossed paths. After some time it's fun to flip through the pages of the journal and see all the things that spoke to you at one point in time.

Overdyed

The perks of working in the Design District of San Francisco. Inspiration is always just around the corner as I stumbled upon this rug showroom. The colors and weaves are endless when it comes to finding the perfect rug for your home. The overdyed rugs are taking over the design market offering traditional design in unique color ways.

The idea of diy dyed rug sounds like a lot of fun, especially if you have a 100% wool rug or stumble across a good deal. The durability and lifetime of a wool rug is the best you can find. Along with its softness and doesn't matte down easily a reason for its long-standing comfort.
